In the past two years of my blogging career, I have learned to start blogs from scratch and running them, I’ve read articles, watched videos, done online training and learned different processes from the masters to maximize the chances of blogging success.
My blogging story started in 2016 when I initially found WordPress while looking for a blogging stage.
It didn’t take me long to begin to look all starry-eyed at the stage. In 2017, I chose to utilize WordPress for the majority of my sites.
This accompanied an arrangement of difficulties since I had literally zero knowledge about what is hosting? what is a website and what is a blog?
I don’t know how, but somehow, it gained my attention and I slowly started to learn about blogging, hosting, website, articles, SEO. My first blog, without knowledge, was a disaster, ha ha ha. It didn’t rank, it didn’t appear anywhere, it was a mess. What I used to do was copy a content and paste it on my site. I had NIL knowledge about Copyscape and plagiarism.
Slowly, at the end of 2017, I started to gain knowledge via youtube videos, reading SEO articles, research articles and then I came to know that it’s much more than just writing or visual appeal. You have to have an original content, original idea, original topic for a niche. Yes, obviously you can get ideas and research from online established sites, which will help you with the end result.
From that point onwards, I have made many websites and then closed them. I somehow was never satisfied with the results. So, I started writing, I wrote about health, travel, cryptocurrency, SEO, aviation, real estate, sports and what not. I am doing freelancing since Dec’2017 and have made good learning, other than earning.
Professionally, I am a part-time blogger and full-time service employed. An MBA & PGDM and working in the service industry for the past 18-19 years.
It’s been a long story now, I just want to say, welcome on board and it’s nice to have you here. I hope you will like the content here. Please share if you like it.
